NWAC offers a competitive swim team to youth ages six years through college.
In addition to a competitive swim experience, NWAC athletes will also enjoy a variety of activities such as team trips, outings, water polo and other sports games, BBQs, relays, cake days and more.
Annual USA Swim Registration is required along with monthly dues starting at $61 per month.
Swimmers should be able to swim one length of the pool of freestyle and backstroke.
Those interested in joining the team are welcome to come tryout during any team practice.
Healthy Island Youth Initiative
Island Count Public Health (lead agency) and South Whidbey Parks & Aquatics Foundation (fiscal agency) have partnered along with the North Whidbey Park & Recreation District, South Whidbey Parks and Recreation District and Coupeville School District to provide scholarships to children and youth to encourage them to be physically active.
Individuals may apply for this scholarship quarterly for a maximum amount of $150.
