Are you an adult runner over the age of 18 looking to complete your first 5K?
Or maybe you’ve been running for a while and want to get faster?
If this describes you, then we are offering what you are looking for!
The NWFC is organizing a running group for adults of all levels, beginner to advanced.
We will have a meeting at the John Vanderzicht Memorial Pool on Tuesday, Sept. 9th at 5:30PM to discuss days and times that will best fit your schedule.

Do you have a son or daughter that is interested in running?
If so, bring them out to the North Whidbey Fitness Club.
We welcome kids from ages 5-18 and approach the basics of running through speed drills, strength training, cross training, flexibility, and lots of fun group games.
We meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:45-5:00pm.
Let us help your kids achieve the fitness level you desire in fun and creative ways!
