JVMP RULES

 

Here at JVMP, our staff provides a safe and fun

environment for all ages. This includes setting a good example

to younger children who may intend on playing

rough or goof around at our facility. We take our job very seriously,

as we want to prevent any incidents from occurring.

Every open swim has a Senior Guard Supervisor

to ensure that each patron is following the rules,

and are safely enjoying there swim.

These rules include but are not limited to:

Distracting the guards from their jobs!!!

If you have a question, please ask the guard on break

or the cashier at the front desk.

NO RUNNING! No diving in the shallow end of the pool,

No climbing onto tubes or mats from the side of the pool, No standing on mats or tubes.

No child under the age of 7 is to be unattended

at the facility in or out of the water without an adult.

You must be in the water with your child!

No bathing suits with flotation devices attached, No water wings.

All noodles are to stay in the baby pool

(They are for gentle use only. Please do not hit others or smack the noodles around.)

The Lifeguards have the right to stop you from what you are doing if they see it is

unsafe or a distraction from their primary duties....

(ensuring the well being and safety of all patrons.)

 

HOT TUB RULES!!!

No children under the age of 7 are allowed in the hot tub!

It is a State Law that no child under 7 to be allowed in a hot tub due to lack of develpoment to ttheir sweat glands. We will not permit any child under 7 years of age. If a patron wishes to disregard these rules, they will be excused from using the hot tub.
