to younger children who may intend on playing

rough or goof around at our facility. We take our job very seriously,

as we want to prevent any incidents from occurring.

Every open swim has a "Senior Guard" or Supervisor

to ensure that each patron is following the rules,

and are safely enjoying there swim.

Rules are listed below, if you do not see a rule that a Lifeguard has recently enforced

we have a Rules and Regluations Handbook on deck that you may browse.

Also please notice the signs posted at our facility that may help clarify some of these rules.

Please, DO NOT distract the lifeguards unless it is an emergency!

If you have a question, please ask the guard on break

or the cashier at the front desk.

Our most commonly broken rules are listed below in red, and lifeguards will enforce them if broken...

***No child under the age of 7 is to be unattended

at the facility in or out of the water without an adult.

You must be in the water with your child at all times!***

HOT TUB RULES:

No child under the age of 7 are allowed in the hot tub area!

We will not permit any child under 7 years of age to enter the

Hot Tub area due to possible heat exhaustion or heat stroke.

Please drink plenty of water and limit your time in the Hot Tub.

If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or any other

health concerns, please consult your doctor before use.

SAUNA RULES:

Persons must be 18 years of age or older to use the sauna.

Please sit on a towel and do not wear tight fitting clothes,

sweat suits, sauna suits etc.

Please drink plenty of water and limit your time in the Sauna.

If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or any other

health concerns, please consult your doctor before use.

POOL RULES:

      *The Lifeguards have the authority to stop any behavior or activity they see is unsafe or a possible distraction from their primary duties.                                        (This ensures the well being and safety of all patrons.)

• Please remove shoes before entering the deck
• Please take a cleansing shower to use of any pool in the facility
• No running
• No diving in the shallow end of the pool
• No climbing onto tubes or mats from the side of the pool
• No standing on mats or tubes
• No bathing suits with flotation devices built in, this also includes water wings. A lifeguard may also check a lifejacket to make sure it is U.S. Coast Guard approved if brought to the pool by a patron.
• We ask that you do not wear street clothing in the pool (shoes, denim, bras, underwear... anything that is not proper swim attire)
• All noodles are to stay in the baby pool (They are for gentle use only. Please do not hit others or smack the noodles around.)
• All flotation devices including lifejackets are to stay in the shallow end of the pool or Baby pool
• Kickboards, pull buoys, fins, swim school toys and aerobics equipment are not for Open Swim use
• No foul language, public display of affection or inappropriate behavior in the facility
• No glass containers, gum, food or sodas
• Please return all mats, tubes and all other play equipment to its rightful place when finished using it

Diving Board, Ball Swing & Slide Rules:

• No Goggles
• One person at a time
• Swimmer must pass the swim test prior to using attraction
• Parent or Guardian may NOT catch their child off the attraction
• Swimmer must exit the area immediately after use
• No lifejackets, mats or tubes
• No horseplay on equipment

Basketball Hoop:

• Please DO NOT hang on the hoop rim or back board
• Please DO NOT sit or horseplay on equipment
